Not happy with your purchase? You have 30 days to return it. 

Please email us at returns@commoncoded.com to initiate a return. We will follow up with instructions on the return process.

Please do not attempt to return an item without emailing our Returns Team first. Any returns that don't follow this process will be returned to sender and/or denied. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return item(s).

Common Coded will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages shipped to us without approval from Returns Team.

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Please include proof of purchase. Once your returned order has been received by our warehouse, our team will review and process. Please give us 3-5 Business days to process your return. We have the right to refuse any return that doesn't meet the guidelines. If your return is approved, you have two options to process your return. 

Store Credit/Gift Card - You will receive a gift card which equals the amount of the purchase minus shipping costs.

Refund - You will receive the purchase amount credited to the original payment method minus shipping costs.
